Yoga Classes

Alignment Yoga

This class covers foundational poses, emphasizing optimal alignment, and using blocks and straps to allow refinement and depth within the poses.

Beginning Gentle Yoga

Find peace through movement in a gentler style of Hatha yoga that continues to honor the mind-body connection at a more relaxed pace. The supportive setting honors both beginner and seasoned yogi's lifelong commitment to a journey of Living Well. 

Chair Yoga

Use the Support of sitting in or standing alongside a chair as you practice a variety of rejuvenating yoga postures with emphasis on stretching the shoulders, opening the hips, and low back. A wonderful therapeutic practice for those at the center of taking charge of their wellbeing. 

Gentle Flow Yoga

A gentle flow of basic poses, emphasizing opening the hips and low back.

Vinyasa Yoga

.Activate the breath and savor the journey with a focused All Levels yoga practice. Play in the processes of postural yoga pose sequencing with the dynamic flow and sustained movement. This equally challenging and healing practice engages all aspects of the mind-body connection.

Yin Yoga

Explore the benefits of a deep meditative yoga practice that focuses on holding postures in a relaxed slow state for 2-5 minutes. Nourish and strengthen the deep connective tissues of the body. This All Levels class focuses inward on seated, prone and supine yoga poses that leave you grounded on the mat.

REDEFINE YOURSELF with Group Centergy which incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.

A wide variety of yoga poses and sequencing variations celebrate the Wellbeing Revolution of, practicing extraordinary human living creatively and playfully.

Power Yoga

Power your heart in a dynamic progressive All Levels class with emphasis on a variation of yoga poses that is Free and Full of Inspiration as you feel the calories burn. Power Yoga celebrates the uniqueness of the individual in each class leaving your heart full and inspired. 

Tai Chi

If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, consider Tai Chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and various other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity and balance through gentle, flowing movements.
