BOOT CAMP High intensity-low impact class that can be adapted for all fitness levels and abilities, keeping the more mature individual in mind. A shallow water class that is fun and keeps you moving with motivating music. Designed to tone muscle and burn fat.

AQUA FUSION Aqua Fusion develops aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance. Using different equipment you will learn to manipulate surface area and ranges of motion. The pool will become your liquid gym.

STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN This warm pool class emphasizes range of motion exercises that will improve your daily moves, balance, coordination, strength and resistance.

DEEP H2O CARDIO H2O Deep Cardio will give you a total body workout. Exercises raise cardio endurance levels while improving strength, flexibility and muscle tone in a deep water environment. Tide’s up!

AQUA YOGA Come and enjoy the benefits of yoga in the warm water pool. Yoga takes on new dimensions when practiced in the water. Flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques and relaxation will all be explored.
